    Love it, Jesse :D

I have done a lot of guest posting (not a guru though! Still a newbie…), so I do agree with you.

I ones I hate most are the self proclaimed gurus (the things is that comparatively, these guys know more about blogging..and yet, they focus on a few numbers, rather than on real, long lasting relationships).

Anyways, thank you for sharing this :)

Haha most definitely – I’m glad you enjoyed it Jeevan!
We always have to take most of the stuff preached in marketing with a grain of salt.
But it’s always refreshing when we discover writers (‘the insightful’) and learn more than a re-hashed best practice :)

This was a real good one. I wish I could find thousands of sites for guest blogging anyways. I guess that they can find that number because they are not human.

Thanks Mert! Yea the idea with #5 is that they’re spamming low-quality sites you wouldn’t want to write for in the first place. There are plenty of high quality sites with easy to find guest contributing guidelines. I’m sure Google can help you :)
